Starlink
Short answer: Starlink is a satellite internet service from SpaceX that provides broadband to underserved and remote areas. It uses a large constellation of small satellites in low Earth orbit that communicate with user dishes and ground stations.
Older satellite internet relied on geostationary satellites with high latency; Starlink's much lower orbits shorten transmission time. The footage, credited to Starlink, shows dishes and a Starship deploying satellites.
