Little Birch Dance

Short answer: Beryozka (also spelled Berezka, Russian for little birch) is a Russian dance troupe of female dancers founded in 1948 by choreographer Nadezhda Nadezhdina.

Its signature routines use tiny, rapid steps hidden beneath floor-length skirts so the dancers appear to glide, an effect inspired by birch trees. The footage, credited to Sarahh, shows dancers gliding in formation.
