Canadian Super Scooper

Short answer: The Canadair CL-415, nicknamed the Super Scooper, is an amphibious firefighting aircraft built by Canadair and later Bombardier. It scoops about 6,137 liters (1,621 U.S. gallons) of water while skimming a lake and can mix it with foam concentrate before a drop.

The program later passed to Viking Air, now De Havilland Canada. The footage, credited to dailysci3nce, shows the plane scooping and dropping water.
